 View Selector / View Navigator
Article The View Navigator and View Selector are seen at the top of the Appointment Book

If you do not want to use them and want to reclaim the space they use, you can hide the toolbars, or adjust them to only show the commands you wish to see. (available in version 2.20 and above)

To hide a Toolbar - right click anywhere on the toolbar or on the empty space next to the toolbar and deselect the 'View Navigator' or 'View Selector' from the popup menu that is displayed.

To Customise the buttons displayed -
  • Right click the toolbar and select 'Customise' -
  • Select the Commands window.
  • On the toolbar to be adjusted, left click the button you wish to remove and drag it to the Commands window and drop it (release the left mouse button)
  • To save your Customisations, Close the customisation window.

Next time you open the Appointment Book your toolbars will be as you left them.
